Growth Marketer

MX3D, an Amsterdam-based start-up that is revolutionising large-scale 3D metal printing, is looking for a talented Growth Marketer to take our brand to the next level. As a key player in a high-growth company, you’ll have the opportunity to shape and execute impactful marketing strategies that will not only boost our visibility but also fuel our expansion. You work alongside the sales team (report to the CCO) with support from the Digital Content Creator/Graphic Designer and will report to the Marketing Manager.

We’ve made a global impact with our robotic wire arc additive manufacturing (WAAM) technology and groundbreaking products like the world’s first 3D printed stainless steel pedestrian bridge in Amsterdam. Our mission? To continue pioneering the future of manufacturing with flexible, controlled, and certified 3D metal printing solutions. We are now scaling up with the launch of our MetalXL and M1/MX Metal AM Systems.

As part of our growing team, you’ll be a vital force in spreading the MX3D story, building our brand presence, and contributing to exciting digital campaigns that will resonate with our global audience.

What You’ll Do

–Own the Digital Growth Strategy: Develop and execute innovative digital marketing campaigns that tell the MX3D story across multiple channels.
–SEO: Implement strategies to improve organic search rankings (SEO) to drive more website traffic.
–SEA & SMA: Test, validate, and scale the campaigns across our different platforms. This includes: Search Engine Advertising, Social Media Advertising, and identifying other advertising possibilities
–A/B Testing & Experimentation: Running experiments on marketing campaigns, landing pages, heatmaps, GEO Targeting, and product offerings to find the most effective strategies for growth.
–Data Analysis & Optimisation: Continuously monitoring campaign performance, customer behaviour, and other metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and other data tools.
–CRM: Work along with our sales team to analyse, develop, optimise, and increase the quality of our qualified leads and CRM.
–Your main focus, bring more people on top of the Funnel: Develop strategies to attract new customers through digital channels (social media, SEO, SEM, content marketing, paid ads, etc.) and offline marketing tactics (events, trade shows, etc.).

Who We’re Looking For

We search for a Growth Marketer who is not only creative but also data-driven and has a passion for digital marketing. You should have:

–Proven Experience in Marketing Data Analysis: By leveraging data, you ensure that marketing campaigns are optimised, customer engagement is maximised, and the company attracts and gains more sales.
–Sales/SQL Experience: Utilising sales tools to generate and track leads and create targeted sales campaigns that drive customer acquisition and business growth.
–Growth Mindset: Ability to take initiative, work autonomously, and execute campaigns that drive measurable growth.
–Tech-Savvy & Adaptable: Comfort in a fast-paced startup environment, with an understanding of technical or engineering concepts.
–Bonus Skills: Basic Adobe or design skills are a plus
